• Keep up to date files in order to manage any health concerns and treatment/s safely

• Hold current files in order to prescribe correct treatment/s

• Collect information for marketing purposes, which at all times are only used by Inclusive Beauty and can be opted out of at any time

• Collect history of previous treatments to ensure treatment/s conducted safely

• Collect information related to general heath, lifestyle and medical conditions to ensure the correct diagnosis and treatment/s are carried out

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a completed consultation form, we are unable to perform Beauty Therapy Treatments.

We keep your information for two years at which point we securely destroy it by secure disposal of paperwork and deletion of digital files.
